I am a 32-year-old mother of two adorable children from Uusimaa. I work as a doula, nurse, and lactation consultant. Working for the well-being and health of families is a matter of the heart for me. I gain enormous energy and joy from each customer relationship and from being able to help you in particular.
I specialize in working with expectant families, mothers giving birth, and babies, including in maternity and child health clinics. My services include zone therapy baby massages, pregnancy massages, lactation guidance, and childbirth preparation courses at Lääkärikeskus Pikkujätti.

With zone therapy, the expectant parent can be safely treated throughout the entire pregnancy. It is important to take care of your well-being during pregnancy, so take a moment for yourself!

Childbirth is a big change for both the baby and you. Intrauterine life changes to extrauterine life and the conditions are very different.
A small baby may experience muscle tension or stress due to childbirth, such as emergency cesarean section, prolonged labor, or assisted birth with vacuum extraction. Just like in adults, stress and tight muscles in babies can cause pain, discomfort, stiffness, and digestive problems.

The Elle-TENS device is a popular and effective natural pain reliever for childbirth. It can be used at home for early labor pain and throughout the birth.
Renting the device is easy, affordable, and all the necessary equipment will be provided to you.
Pickup: You can pick up the device by appointment in Veikkola or on my workdays at the Pikkujätti Medical Center in Tapiola.
Price: 40 € / 4 weeks rental.
